Policies (effective 2023)
By Booking you confirm that you have read and agree to all policies. These policies will not be negotiable once booked. If you have any questions please contact me prior to booking to get clarification.
Products: some products may not be returnable or exchangeable due to the nature of the product and the need to maintain proper sanitary practices.
*Refunds are at the description of The Marvel Beauty Bar.
Vouchers/Memberships:
Are only valid for the specified period of time and/or uses. Failure to use these incentives within the specified timeframe will void these incentives and a new voucher/membership will need to be purchased.
All clients are required to have a card on file at booking unless otherwise specified by The Marvel Beauty Bar LLC Your card will only be charged FULL price at the completion of the service. If you No Show or cancel a 30% deposit will be charged to your card. If you reschedule within 72 hrs your deposit can be applied to the new booking.
*No Shows maybe denied for future services.
*Due to the importance and safety of staff and patrons. A mask may be required for the duration of the service. If a mask is requested to be worn it is nonnegotiable
Guests: Please no additional guests. If you come with additional guests you will be asked to reschedule. Exceptions are at the description of the service provider and will be determined prior to the start of the appointment.
Rescheduling: must be done up to 48 hours prior to appointment. One rescheduling will be allowed were the client is allowed to void the 30% cancellation fee. In order to avoid fee, the new appointment must be made within 72 hours (subject to availability). Failure to reschedule within that time frame will result in forfeiture of the deposit and the card will charged the 30% cancellation fee. Tech will adjust the appointment to ensure proper fees are omitted or applied.
Cancellations: While the need to cancel an appointment may arise, it is very important to do so in a timely manner. It is courteous and allows the opportunity for your spot to be open to someone else. Failure to cancel/reschedule within 48 hours will be considered a NO SHOW and will require full payment for the services booked. Continual cancellations may result in full payment for the next appointment at time of booking. Or denial of future appointments.
Additionally there is a 15 minutes grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled.
No Shows: Per our Policy “No Shows” result in loss of deposit. All deposits are NonRefundable and as a result of a no show can not be applied to a future service. If a “No Show” has occurred, you will have to rebook and pay a new deposit. Additionally, a NO SHOW will require full payment for services for the next appointment at time of booking.
Refunds: Deposits and Services are NONREFUNDABLE, unless deemed necessary by the owner.
Client must express dissatisfaction with a service prior to leaving the work area. If owner deems an issue to be related to the quality of the service provided owner will fix that issue free of charge. Otherwise any issues that arise once the client leaves the service area shall be viewed as a needed “repair” and will be charged accordingly.
